Ive been going here since this place opened not too long ago and have had no problem, they have better tasting coffee than tims or dunkin. However the inconsistency is getting a little upsetting. I always order a iced coffee with one single cream, sometimes i get none which i have corrected but today they had to out at least 10, im basically drinking milk. Very nice and friendly staff but please can we get this fixed ❤️❤️

I work right down the street, so I typically go to Scooters because they are FAR more pleasant. Unfortunately for me, there is construction going on making it difficult to get there. The first time I drove through this location the girl at the first window was extremely nasty to me and continued to mean mug me after not leaving a $1 tip. Surprised she didn’t spit in my drink to be honest. The previous time and today? Barely caught my drink. This girl today may as well have tossed it at me with how quickly she slammed the window to talk to her friends, literally just, “here” and window slam. Three strikes and I’m out. This is supposed to be a treat for myself every so often. I shouldn’t haven’t to worry about how I'm treated ordering a cup of coffee. I’ll go all the way out of my way to Westland if I want customer service from Biggby I guess.

i love this biggby and the brand. i’ve been a loyal customer at this location for years especially when they were at the gas station. however, the last 3 times im paying $6+ for a bagel with cream cheese. i didn’t ask for extra but ive never had to. and im not one justify paying $8 for what should already be there….. like what is this lol

I come to this location often but not anymore. I always order a cream cheese bagel and every time there’s barely any cream cheese on it. So this recent time I decided to ask for extra, this is what I received! The ford road location in Canton is so much better.

Love it here! Despite this morning's oopsie daisy. Not the muffin I ordered, correctly labelled Blue Berry, but coffee cake instead. Still really good though!
